We’re excited to have you join us for the 14th & Final This Is Me Foundation  Polar Plunge! Please complete the registration form below.

Registration closes December 30, 2026 at 11:59PM EST.  No walk-up registrations will be accepted.

* Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present on event day. We will follow up to obtain any additional required information.
*All participants are asked to raise a minimum of $25 to support the This Is Me Scholarship Fund. Once registered, you will receive your personal fundraising link by email within 48 hours.
